Enable HTTP Requests to a Subscribed Service

Are there any plans to introduce the ability for indicators to be allowed to consume data from a subscribed, 3rd party, web service in the near future?

For example, on the MT4 platform, MQL4 language has the WebRequest function that does allow calling an external Web API .

This would be beneficial in assisting traders to make decision based on data from a central web service that users would subscriber to along with a graphical representation of that data on the chart.

I see that currently there is no ability to do this in Pine Script, but it would open up many opportunities if this were possible.

If not, is there any other way of allowing this kind of functionality through a third party plug in?

bump for support ffs.... cmon....
I'd love to see this in Pine script. As mentioned it would open up a lot of opportunities to link data from external sources into indictors and strategies.
Please for the love of god add this, i asked this years ago:

Re-bump there for support
@console, I had same idea. I fixed it with a little workaround. I use the e-mail alerting with specific content to notify gmail. And then in gmail, whenever this e-mail is received parse it and use a REST API using google app script. Not so difficult but of course, would be ideal to have it in Pine
