i havent received my withdrawl request yet
Hello Jordan,  Thank you for rating our services.  When you make a card payment to our platform, it typically involves instant authorization from your bank or card issuer. We receive confirmation of the payment approval in real-time, allowing us to credit your account and provide access to the amount. However, withdrawals from the platform to your bank account involve additional steps and different financial institutions. Once you request a withdrawal, we initiate a transfer of funds to your bank. This process usually includes verification and processing steps on both ends to ensure the transaction's security and accuracy. Additionally, banks often have their own internal processing times for incoming transactions. The 3-5 business day timeframe for withdrawals is often due to these verification processes and the interbank settlement system's inherent delays.  While we may process your withdrawal promptly, the actual transfer of funds between banks may take a few days to complete due to factors like clearing protocols, anti-money laundering checks, and other security measures. We processed your withdrawal as per your request yesterday, April 16, 2024. Withdrawal taking almost 1 week. and some time more. If i want to add money then its immediately added but withdrawal why took one week or some time more.

When I buy or sell it puts me like 100- which I have to wait for please fix this when I sell I want it to be on the same price not lower or higher
Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It's important to note that our platform displays both BID and ASK prices for enhanced precision. When executing BUY positions, they are executed at the ASK price and closed at the BID price. Conversely, for sell positions, they are opened at the BID price and closed at the ASK price. You have the flexibility to switch between charts at any time in both the mobile app and web version. However, please keep in mind that Tradingview only displays BID prices. The difference between the BID and ASK prices is known as the spread. When opening a position, you are immediately charged the spread based on your position's size and the current spread values. This may result in a small instant unrealized loss, which can be confusing. For example, the spread for GOLD at the time of my response is 0.30 USD per ounce (2338.20 USD). If you open a position of 10 ounces, you will incur an instant unrealized loss of 3 USD. Capital.com is no doubt one of the best brokers out there. But I would really love it if you guys could incorporate the cryptocurrency method of funds deposit & withdrawal in your deposit/withdrawal category.
