Russia's idle primary oil refining capacity up 13.6% in April from March, Reuters calculations show
Russia's primary oil refining capacity, idled due to maintenance, technical outages and drone attacks, increased so far in April by 13.6% from March, Reuters calculations showed on Saturday.
April's data has also been revised up by 2.2% from previous expectations.
At the same time, share of primary oil refining capacity, knocked out by Ukrainian may not be that steep if, as expected, long-term maintenances will continue into next month.
