Frequent bug: Orders executed do not appear on chart unless application is closed and reopened. For example, when a buy limit order is Triggered, limit order still appears on the chart

it's good except for the SL level i need it to be higher 10 point SL isn't enough

used their web trader platform for years. The support team is top notch, any problems were addressed quickly and efficiently. that said the trading platform is not up to speed. Hooking up with tradingview is great. The indicators are the main reason I like TVs. platform better. Being able to link the two is now 5 stars for me.

Very interesting broker. The website is user friendly. Everything related to trading (which I won't discuss here) is very nice and simple with this broker compare the others. I'm just grateful for their loyalty towards their users

Professional broker with incredible consistency for traders.
Pretty good broker, so far. I'm new to Forex trading, and the margins vs lot sizes are a bit confusing, but I'm understanding it a bit better each day and the options that this broker offers.
A quality improvement over the one I previously used that didn't even offer stop losses, which cost me a bit on some trades.
I would offer a full 5 stars, but I don't know enough about the pros and cons of this platform enough to form a stronger opinion other than that they're just better than my previous one.

At first you guys took more than i charged out of my bank leaving it in the negatives then after fixed it. Then later in my trading journey, i was trading on my phone mid trade & you guys took 100 out and left me in the negatives on my metatrader acc. After finding out my funding on this account it left me doing good

While we strive to make our deposit process as seamless as possible, we must balance this with our duty as a regulated firm to verify details under the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines set forth by our regulator. As you know, ACH Deposits take 5 days to clear, however deposits are made into the account automatically once verified in good faith.
